I was awake until 6.30 AM today (I was updating my blog!). So, I went to bed at 6.30 AM. A phone call brought me back to the mundane world at about 10.30 AM. I missed my breakfast ( I love breakfast the most among the three meals and can’t recall an occasion in last many years when I missed one!). Some chores and again the computer; troubleshooting a friend’s computer and other sundry things and it is 1 PM! I did not take bath today (though I shaved and clipped my nails).
Lunch was boiled sabzi and two rotis. I went to the academic complex for registration; half the work still remains to be done. Priyanka came to return my DVDs at about 2 PM.
I came back to room at about 4 PM. At about 5 PM I went to Safal (the Cooperative food and Vegetable store) and bought Groundnuts, Oranges and Sugarcane. I ate, as usual, a lot of moongfali (which,as always, killed my hunger). I missed oats and sprouts today as well!
Lamb momos (dumplings) at Kiechhas (which I am unfortunately addicted to) again found a place on my platter in dinner! The hostel mess menu was Chicken Biryani ( I ate the chicken, lamented the rest). I will soon quit Momos from Kiechhas for a year.
It is still 9.42 PM; I have to make my list of vows. I will sleep by 11 PM. Rajan bought an external hard disk (Seagate freeagent 500 GB) in about 3900 Rupees. I have brought Momos for him (it will be his first time!).
P.S.: Tauker, my good friend and senior, has got Jaundice! Cigarette and tea taken in empty stomach every morning deserve the blame, he says! He has vowed to quit cigarette and tea. I hope he wins!
