Should you require assistance, please call us at 42512207. </blockquote> I just dialled this no. but it's busy! You msut get your refund. Metro Now in its last edition on 22 January 2009 has on the cover page intimated about the closure. They wrote:

Those of our valued subscribers who want to get a refund or adjustment on their balance subscription should contact their newspaper vendors over the next 30 days. Should you require assistance, please call us at 42512207.

I just dialled this no. but it’s busy! You msut get your refund.

All said and done, they were probably knowing their fate in advance!

Now I understand that Metro now is closed without any advance intimation to their subscribers. Its not fair. Means you are cheating your customers. I will go to consumer court for seeking justice and compensation.
