Dear all,
I wrote to UGC chairman in general, about the delay in sanctioning the fellowship. No reply. But I received my upgradation letter from UGC as SRF, after contacting the UGC office telephonically. Again after two months there is no money i received. What to do next? What about u guys? Received fellowship?

i have selected in rgnf 2011 as jrf but my ph d thesis is mostly will submiting in 2012 july and i cant use my srf fellowship further.
can you help me or guied me, is there any extension of srf through proposed any project in ugc to get my srf fellowship for future?

I completed my M.Sc in 2010 with university 6th rank.Presently i am working in a software company .I am interested in ISRO i want to apply for SAC Ahmedabad as JRF i came to know that it is peroid of 4 years contract and it is not a permanent job in ISRO , then after 4 years ???

Hey Amit! Iam M.Sc in Physics and GATE qualified . I am pursuing Ph.D in NIT Durgapur. Can I avail the enhanced fellowship? NITS are under MHRD .
or do you have any information about the scholarship of the students having quified GATE in basic sciences?

Hi… I am UGC JRF. I was on leave of around 30 days on duty leave(conferences etc.) and 5 personal leaves. Now my university says that total leave should not exceed 30. My point was duty leave should not be included in that 30 leaves. Is there any clarification about this issue on some paper (so that I can show them). If you have then please help me. Thanks…

Now I am pursuing PHD (Part-Time) in computer science in Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh. Even though I joined part time but I am doing it as full time scholor. Anybody have information about scholorships/finanacial support for part time students in engineering.
