If somebody does adopt him, I hope it would be someone who has some experience with puppies. Sometimes people take a puppy to live in a flat - with little space to exercise and puppies are very energetic when they are young... they may take time be house broken too... if someone has a garden then that would be really great for the puppy and the person :) I feel it's better for a pup to stay free on the road than to be first adopted and then abandoned. So whoever adopts should understand that a pet is a serious responsibility.
